Green Chutney Adding Spice to Your Snacks

It is combination of two that makes the recipe delicious, tasty and out of world. Without green Chutney the samosa and tikki recipe is incomplete.

Ingredients for Green Chutney Quantity
|Chopped mint leaves (phudina)||2 cup|
|Chopped coriander (dhania)||1 cup|
|Lemon juice||1-2 tbsp|
|Salt||as per taste|
Directions to prepare Green Chutney
- Blend mint leaves,Coriander leaves,onion,Green Chillies, cumin seeds, salt, sugar and ginger in a blender jar by adding little water.
- Add lemon juice to this mixture and blend it again.Lemon juice will prevent discoloration of the green.Blend it well till it turns into a thin paste.
- Green Chutney is a most preferred accompaniment.It can be refrigerated for almost a week.
